Em Portugal (nas poucas experiencias que tive) nem sequer se dignam a
tentar enconrram uma alternativa. Alguns Institutos (IGESPAR por expl -->
ainda existe?! n sei!) exigem que se entregue informação geográfica em
formato .dgn...
