On behalf of GODAN , I would like to invite you to the next GODAN capacity
development WG webinar on gvSIG Suite: open source software for geographic
information management in agriculture - Technology and case studies on
 *February
15, 2018 **(Thursday)  2:00 PM - 3:00 PM GMT.*


The webinar will be presented by Mario Carrera  from the gvSIG
Association.  In this webinar Mario will present   *gvSIG Suite: open
source software for geographic information management in agriculture
-technology and case studies* .Mario is Language and Communication Manager
at the gvSIG Project and Training Manager at the gvSIG Association. He has
a degree in Topography and a bachelor's degree in Geodesy and Cartography
at Polytechnic University of Valencia. He has been participating in
coordination and implementing of Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDI) based
on open source technologies and also in corporative migrations to open
source geomatics at the Valencian Regional Government in Spain during
almost ten years. At the gvSIG Association he has been holding open source
geomatics courses and workshops for companies, public administrations and
universities in Spain, United Kingdom, and Latin America and Caribbean. He
is a member of the gvSIG Professional Structure and the gvSIG Technical
Steering Committee. Mario  has been organizing the gvSIG conferences from
the beginning of the project.
