OK, we are going ahead on Friday morning @ vivid. 9am.

Agenda as discussed:

- Introduce the project
  - History of PostGIS
  - History of JTS
  - The technical need
  - Project goals
- Determine project milestones and anticipated delivery dates for
milestones
- Determine schedule of meetings between developers and RR/VSI team
- Discuss project management regime for project

- Discuss technical framework 
  - Relationship between topological library and PostGIS
  - Library API 
    - Functional components, what does what?
    - Inputs / outputs
  - Develop detailed framework tasks to be completed for next
    meeting
