[postgis-devel] schema support patch 3 (pgsql2shp)

I've patched pgsql2shp to respect the correct usage
of the geometry_columns. To specify the schema in which to search
for the table to be dumped a fully-qualified name can be provided.
Eg: pgsql2shp gis political.boundaries
