[postgis-devel] getBoundary()

I tracked it down to a lack of support for GEOS_LINEARRING in 
lwgeom_geos_wrapper.cpp

the attached patch fixes it.

BTW I will submit a patch converting 4 to VARHDRSZ as appropriate tomorrow.
that will head off a future incompatibility issue.
