I just notified that parts of the documentation for the loader/dumper
tools is duplicated into four different places:

- command help screen
- command manual page
- command.Readme file
- PostGIS Manual

Do you have any idea how this could be simplified? Maybe putting all
into the PostGIS manual, and auto-generating the manual page and readme
file out of it?
