[postgis-devel] bug fix in deserializer

Hunting for the mapserver connector bug I've found and fixed
a bug introduced *after* RC2 release.
The bug was forcing a copy of point arrays at deserializzation time.
This made useless functions working directly on the internal points
(transform was the one I checked).

All regressions tests still run fine for me, if you can try that'll
be great. Markus, I wonder how this would modify your timings...
