[postgis-devel] GEOS XMLTester throws error case

in Jump 1.1.3rc5 this case works fine
 
using GEOS's XMLTester  i get a side location conflict exception. 
(output validation is bogus so ignore that)

these two were built as a subset of my big test case.
the <B> shape orignally had been precision reduced to a scale 100, but 
previous difference operations in the big test have increased its precision.
