I have two additional small patches. The first one fixes some relicts in
the comments of DriverWrapper, and also replaces some redundant info
with a reference to the README file.

The second one adds a call to settype in PGGeometry, and changes the
other constructors to call the first one. This call should have been
there forever, it was missing even back in postgis 0.7.5 code. It seems
to work without this call in all JDBC versions I tested, but I think
this may break in some future version or for different usage patterns.
