[postgis-devel] relief of dependency on postgresql sources

Alex, thank you for your work. I've committed your patch to easy
further testing (head branch).
The jdbc2/Makefile separated one is not there yet, Markus, could you
apply it yourself ?
 
I think next step should be having path names match the 1.0.1 layout
and to test with different pgsql versions/configurations. I have
no default installation of pgsql, if anyone does tests against
them would be highly appreciated.
