[postgis-devel] postgresql sources dependency relieved

hi strk, listers,

as promised, i am happy to announce that i have totally 
relieved the postgis making dependency on postgresql 
sources.

now are needed only current headers, and Makefile.shlib, 
preferrably from latest postgresql.
i have successfully tested postgis 1.1.0cvs with postgresql 
7.4.x and Makefile.shlib from postgresql 8.0.x. or 7.4.x.

the diffs might be isolated by tonight (gmt+2), and i will try them 
on older postgis, too.
