This is an interesting subject.
OGC does not define curve types, so WKB / WKT is not specified
in the OGC SFS for SQL.

Certainly, EWKB - internal binary format use by Postgis - can define
curves encoding, but I wonder what OGC's AsBinary and AsText functions
will return when applied to curve geometries.
