All tests except for one pass on FreeBSD 6.1 and Solaris 9, both
running PostgreSQL 8.1.4.  The failure is:

 long_xact. failed (diff expected obtained: /tmp/pgis_reg_57610/test_24_diff)

The diff is:

 16c16
 < COMMIT
 ---
 > ROLLBACK

In 8.0 and later failed transactions respond with ROLLBACK even if
the command was COMMIT.
