Yes - I'm still waiting for more information on the Win32 PostGIS
installers failing on WinXP SP2 Japanese Edition. Dave Page, one of the
Win32 pginstaller core team, has passed this onto Hiroshi Saito to help
debug. I'll post back to the list as soon as I have any new information.
