Great! It seems to fix the build problem. Thanks.

However, we have another problem now:

    Symlink points to BuildRoot: /usr/bin/createdb.postgis

    Symlink points to BuildRoot: /usr/bin/mktemplate_gis

This is not a packaging problem, AFAICS. 

SCRIPT_DOLINK=rm -f $(SCRIPT_LINK); \
              $(LN_S) $(SCRIPT_TARGET) $(SCRIPT_LINKDIR)

Any suggestions for that?

Dunno. Give me the diff, I'll test it against Fedora.
