[postgis-devel] Leak Update

FYI,

Due to no effort on my part, it looks like the leak is getting
smaller. The changes that Mateusz committed recently reduced it from a
fire hose to a garden hose.  It's still pretty big, but it's better.
Annoyingly, nothing I do on the postgis side causes it to get smaller
(grr!).  I'm off to the beach for a while, so I won't be looking at my
side again until September. Hopefully the traces I posted earlier can
be helpful to people who want to squash some remaining dribbles.
