[postgis-devel] Dumb newbie developer question

How does the * $Id: pgsql2shp.c 3377 2008-12-11 15:56:18Z robe $

get in there.

I noticed it happens automagically with the pgsql2shp and so forth, but
I think the files I put in doc/xsl folder, it doesn't do it.
