Though that’s easy enough for me to fix so not a biggie. I already fixed in
my copy.

Can you CDATA the attachment_urls too.

Which version of SQLite does OSGEO use.  It appears with the newer trac and
newer Python I can use SQLite 3.+ series, but if I were to use that it
wouldn't be downward compatible.
