[postgis-devel] [WKT Raster] Porting Wiki and documentation

So, after a brief chat session, we agree that:

1-We will keep the planning page as it is
2-We will also keep the spec pages as they are structured right now at www.cef-cfr.ca. One page for Bata 0.1.6, one for Beta 0.2.4 and another for the future stuff
3-We will create tickets as soon as someone will get a task from the schedule assigned. (The first task always being writing specs and submitting them to this list).

Agreed?

I will migrate the spec page.
