 I'm afraid I'm still -1 on this. I would still like static .sql files for
 upgrading between different minor versions, and drop anything like this.
 My fear is that doing this makes upgrades non-deterministic, since the
 script will have different behaviours depending on the current state of
 the database it is being run on, and I'm not convinced that's a good thing
 :(
