Hi Paul,

If you could, that would be quite helpful. I did a version of this ready to  
commit,
but I wasn't 100% convinced that the version history would be preserved (I  
think I
got this wrong on the liblwgeom breakout). Feel free to experiment  
with "svn rename"
versus "svn copy/svn delete" to see which one actually works :)
