When you update trunk next you'll see a big re-name go through.
(a) your current ./lwgeom directory might still exist, it won't be in
version control anymore. you can manually delete it at your leisure
(b) if you are using TortoiseSVN, it might appear that version history
has disappeared. Uncheck "stop at rename" in the log options to see
all revisions.
