[postgis-devel] TODO list for 1.4

Hi everyone,

I've just done a braindump into the GBT with regards to things that I 
really should be done for 1.4 with the aim of trying to find out how 
close we are to release.

Please add anything you feel should be included in 1.4 to the GBT marked 
with a milestone of 1.4. Note I've revised the sorting order again to 
make things a little clearer.
