[postgis-devel] Ticket 180 - suggestions, tips and anykind of help needed :P

Hello everyone,

I´m trying to help with this ticket and came up with a simple solution. I
would like to hear critics and comments from you all, more experienced
developers and users of PostGIS. This ticket is to implement functions to
simplify the creation and maintenance of tables, logging all changes
occurred in a determined table.
