 I have no problems if you wish to leave the GUI component out of the 1.4
 Win32 packages, however I do ask that you ensure that you get a complete
 regression pass for release. I've had a thought about a workaround for the
 regress/Makefile problem which I shall try this evening.

 Incidentally, if you can arrange remote access to the VM, I'm still happy
 to try and work out what is happening here.
