 What do the loader diffs look like? On my Win32 virtual, it looks as if
 there is random corruption in the Z/M coordinates :(

 Incidentally all of the other non-loader tests look fine for me, although
 I did have to run dos2unix on all of the input .sql and _expected output
 files.

 Oh and one more thing: can you launch shp2pgsql/pgsql2shp directly from
 the command line? If you try and launch each with no parameters, you
 should be able to see the help text - if there is a .DLL missing then
 you'll get a suitable popup.
