 Pierre,
 Just want to say I'm against cluttering our coordinate systems file with
 ESRI ones.  In many cases they are similar to the EPSG ones and would just
 clutter our list and cause confusion. Case in point
 http://spatialreference.org/ref/esri/102687/  (we don't use these -- even
 here in Mass we stopped using these like 8 years ago in favor of the EPSG
 ones that mean the same thing).

 I however wouldn't mind if we created a separate file -- e.g.
 esri_spatialreference.sql or something like that.
