[postgis-devel] [WKT Raster] Documentation on the WKT Raster type

Hi all,

I would like to submit this document for comment before commiting it in
the WKT Raster wiki page. This is going to be section 3.1 in the
documentation:

I would appreciate if STRK could have a look at the "WKT, WKB, HEXWKB
and Serialized formats" section and Mateusz at the regular blocking
stuff.

Grosso, modo this section explains the rationale for and the structure
of the new type.

Other sections in the documentation are not as much verbose so I won't
submit them for comment when I will write them. Many will be only
copy/paste from the specs.
