[postgis-devel] PostGIS 1.5

Can we vote on having a 1.5 version and make trunk 1.5.  I would like to
move all the back log in our bug tracker that don't require on disk
changes/dump reload to 1.5.

E.g

Distance enhancements
ST_DumpPoints
Tiger Geocoder
Table space support in loader
ST_MakeEnvelop
Etc.

Actually probably would be faster to rename our 2.0.0 to 1.5 since none of
them require on disk changes and then start itemizing true 2.0.0 features as
task items.
