#205: Non-standard use of literal

Component: wktraster | Version: trunk

This is when deploying against 8.4RC1. 8.4 changed so they flag non-
standard use in RAISE notices.
So I get this notice
NOTICE: CREATE TABLE / PRIMARY KEY will create implicit index
"raster_columns_pk" for table "raster_columns"
WARNING: nonstandard use of \' in a string literal
I think its in your DropRasterColumn
this line
RAISE EXCEPTION 'column \'%\' not found in raster_columns table',
column_name;
probably just need to change to
RAISE EXCEPTION 'column ''%'' not found in raster_columns table',
column_name;
See #190
