[postgis-devel] New Doco

We have to move over the last set of things first and I think we were going to reorganize to keep the chapter number the same.
 
For sake of  time, you think we should just chuck what is left on chapter 6 except for ST_GeometryFromWKB.  I personally can't think of a reason why anyone would use those other functions.  They are all slower than ST_GeomFromText and ST_GeomFromWKB.  I suppose we can readd later.

real one and remove the old one before we push the 1.4 pre-release out 
the door.
