[postgis-devel] Trac account broken?

For the OSGeo admins:

I just tried submitting a comment on 
http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/167 and unfortunately my internet 
connection died during the submit. Now when I log in and try and add a 
comment to the ticket I get this:

TICKET_APPEND privileges are required to perform this operation

Can someone have a look at the Trac database to see what has happened? 
Username is mcayland.
