[postgis-devel] GEOS-3.2.0rc1 ready for test

Hi all,
I'm pleased to announce availability of GEOS-3.2.0-rc1

The new GEOS release will give you improved robustness
and performance for topological operations with/out
the need of rebuilding PostGIS. One of the buffer queries
we have in our testsuite was found to run 20 times faster
than with previous release !

For the ones willing to rebuild postgis (trunk)
this will also add the ability to specify buffer
parameters like cap and join styles.

So, if you want to help catching errors before the official
release, here you go:
