[postgis-devel] PostGIS 1.4.1RC1, PostGIS 1.5.0SVN, WKTRaster SVN for windows

For windows users interested in beta testing -- we have binaries available
at:

PostGIS 1.4.1RC1 windows binaries for PostgreSQL 8.3,8.4 (still need to get
out the 8.2)

Fairly recent (about a week old) binaries for

PostGIS 1.5.0 SVN (PostgreSQL 8.3,PostgreSQL 8.4)
WKT Raster (PostgreSQL 8.3, 8.4 (for PostGIS 1.4/1.5))

Haven't tested the wkt rasters.

To Paul. Mark, and Keven -- for what its worth -- the PostGIS 1.4.1rc1
compiled and all make check tests pass (Cunit and PostgreSQL tests) under
MingW.  We didn't even have to resort to hacking the make file this time.
