[postgis-devel] geography_columns + geometry_columns

Yeah, I forgot about that. SQL/MM does have a different structure for
geometry_columns and does have a new-and-exciting st_geometry_columns.
Also for spatial_ref_sys.

Pull a copy of the 2004 final draft here, while it's still available:
