Comment:

 Looks fine to me too. I see the new entries are showing in "What's new in
 1.5"

 Great job Olivier.  I looked at the way you did it and I like it.  I think
 this will also make it easier to integrate Mateusz suggestion about
 postgresql comments on types, because now we won't be limited to scanning
 just references section for postgresql help comments (can expand easily by
 adding in another chapter in your xsl filter).
