[postgis-devel] CREATE LANGUAGE in postgis.sql

Hi folks,

Given that our minimum version is now 8.2, I believe that we can now get 
rid of the separate "createlang plpgsql <database>" step before loading 
postgis.sql, and instead include the SQL command "CREATE LANGUAGE 
plpgsql" within postgis.sql directly. Can anyone think of a reason not 
to do this in trunk?
