[postgis-devel] regex still missing?

Hallo
 
I haven't tried compiling with geography since ticket 250 was closed.
I still get the same error-message that regex.h is missing. 
I see the include of regex.h is still in libgeom.h line 18.
Am I missing something in my installation? 
or am I just missing something... :-)
