 Oh, sorry. My changes are on version 1.8.0dev, of course. I merged 2
 tickets, because I was considering polygonize function, that it's present
 since GDAL 1.6.0.

 So, you'll need the last GDAL version from SVN. To compile with python
 bindings, I simply do:

 ./configure --with-python

 but I've not tested it in Windows.
