[postgis-devel] PostGIS 1.5.2 RC or beta anyone?

Are we all set to do a PostGIS 1.5.2 RC or beta or does Mark still need to
work on the API change he discussed.

Now that PostgreSQL 9.0 RC1 has come out
http://www.postgresql.org/about/news.1230 , I'm feeling a sense of urgency.

I do think we should have at least one RC (maybe even a beta) given the
numerous changes we have made to PostGIS 1.5 code base and that pulling out
of the new shp2pgsql-gui.
