[postgis-devel] Make war on LWGEOM_INSPECTED

LWGEOM_INSPECTED has now been driven from the ./postgis directory.
Most of the remaining uses are in deserialization calls in
./liblwgeom, and I will leave those in place. All that remains is to
expunge the non-serialization uses in ./liblwgeom and the cleansing is
complete.
