 While doing topology population routines I found myself
 with the need of matching DE9 matrices to avoid making
 multiple calls to expensive ST_Relate.

 Is it just me ?
 Wouldn't it be nice to have a DE9 pattern matching
 function to use with the return of a single ST_Relate(full) call ?
