[postgis-devel] GEOS in hudson bay needs update?

Fixed.

Ever since PostGIS changed the minimum requirments for GEOS to 3.1.1, 
many of the build scripts required updating on Hudson.  I must have 
missed one.  Anywho, that script is now using GEOS 3.2.0  Thanx for the 
heads up.
