 The ST_Transform() page at:
 http://www.postgis.org/documentation/manual-1.5/ST_Transform.html claims
 that this function implements the SF SQL 1.1 specification.  But a review
 of that specification does not mention any Transform() function nor any
 mechanism to transform between coordinate systems.  I would appreciate it
 if the bullet point "This method implements the OpenGIS Simple Features
 Implementation Specification for SQL 1.1." could be removed from the
 documentation of this function.
