[postgis-devel] libxml not linked automatically

Linux (more precisely, Ubuntu 9.10).

I got the source from SVN, and they are uptodate.

My configure line:

 ./configure --with-pgconfig=/opt/postgresql-head/bin/pg_config \
             --with-geosconfig=/opt/geos-3.1/bin/geos-config \
             --with-projdir=/opt/proj-4.6

/opt/postgresql-head is PostgreSQL head, updated this morning.
