Nicklas,

Since you've brought in some great improvements to PostGIS, and seem
set on bringing in more, the PSC would like to make you a committer.

Right now that mostly means promising to "first, do no harm", follow
the coding style,

and follow general principles of collegiality. (Don't break the build.
If you break the build, drop everything else in your life until you
un-break it. If you are uncertain about whether to commit something,
*don't*: attach a patch to a ticket and ask for comments.)

Once we get into OSGeo we'll also have a developers statement about
not committing anything that might be intellectual property encumbered
or not yours to commit, but for now, that will have to go without
(explicit) saying.
