[postgis-devel] Shebang missing/wrong on some .pl files

Hi,

utils/postgis_proc_upgrade.pl

has this shebang:

#/bin/sh

Is that expected? Should it be #!/usr/bin/perl ?

Same is valid for utils/postgis_restore.pl...
