[postgis-devel] Adding spec file to postgis SVN

Hi,

Is it possible to add RPM spec file to PostGIS SVN? Adding it helps
people to build their own packages on their servers.

I'm already maintaining spec file for Fedora, EPEL and RPM repository,
so copy-paste will be just fine.

What do you think?
