[postgis-devel] Implement "make astyle" patch

Ok, I think that works I replaced "astyle" with "tastyle" in both row 6 and 26, then it stoped so I guess it works :-)BTW, how to uninstall astyle for testing it properly. Now I had to cheat.Do I then have to manually delete files, or? /Nicklas
