[postgis-devel] [WKT-Raster] rtpostgis.dll not founded

Hi,

  I have problems to install the WKT-Raster extension on my spatial DB and
after check the discussions about this topic I still have the error not
solved.
  If it is possible a little help I am thanks.

  I am installing the WKT-Raster over PostGIS 1.4 and PostgreSQL 8.4 in a
Windows Vista and when I run the rtpostgis.sql the pgAdminIII alert that

can not load library "C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.4/lib/rtpostgis.dll":
unknown error 126
SQL state: 58P01

  I have setted the environment variable PATH to 'C:\Program
Files\PostgreSQL\8.4\lib' and the file rtpostgis.dll is in this directory.
  I have checked the related thread of Steve and Jorge Arévalo, but in my
case the error persists.
